:iconhappywaveplz: Hello everyone! Thanks for choosing to tune into my journal!

:bulletblue: This may shock people...but I'm not dead...not yet at least! :lol:

I disappeared for a few months this time and without much warning either. I've had so much on my plate to deal with that it was impossible for me to even find the time to drop by every now and then.

Within the months that I've been gone, I lost a lot of things. But with this new year I'm hoping to gain some better things and happier memories. Also, as the first half of my sophomore year at my community college comes to a close I'm finding myself scrambling to prepare to transfer to a four year university.

Rowan University. FTW!

I've done lots of artwork in the time I've been gone and I'd love to share it with everyone. But first I have to get a new scanner. :/

I'll be as active around here as I can be and I'll be trying to keep up with everyone again. I also wanted to thank those who wished me a happy birthday! It made me very happy to see my inbox flooded with the messages. :love:

Hello!

Here on deviantART, I am referred to as Cat. I started out as an "anime" artist here and a fairly inactive member. Later on, something clicked on in my head and I dove headlong into the community and my art. Today, I struggle to become a better artist and hopefully help and inspire others along the way.

This fall, I will be beginning my double major for a BA in Art and Education. Afterward, I will go after that Masters degree. You never know, I may be teaching you art one day!
